Madrid, 27 October 2026. IGC Development, the firm led by Ignacio García Cuenca, has reached a collaboration agreement with CBRE, the leading international real estate consulting and services company, to strengthen the strategic advisory of its Industrial & Logistics division. IGC Development’s experience and market knowledge complement CBRE’s capabilities to help clients anticipate trends and make decisions in an increasingly specialised and demanding environment.

For more than two decades, Ignacio García Cuenca has held leadership positions in the development, investment and management of logistics assets. Until 2025 he was head of Goodman in Spain, where he led some of the most significant projects in the market and contributed to the company’s growth and consolidation in the country. He currently carries out his professional activity through IGC Development.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with occupiers, developers, operators and investors, building a comprehensive understanding of the factors that today shape decisions on the investment, development and leasing of logistics space.

The agreement complements CBRE’s value proposition at a time when real estate decisions are increasingly part of corporate strategy. Companies are demanding advice that goes beyond the transactional dimension and helps them address challenges related to their operations, growth and competitiveness. The evolution of supply chains, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, sustainability and the challenges associated with land and energy are redefining the needs of companies and investors and raising the level of specialisation the sector requires.

In this context, understanding the challenges of the different players in the value chain, anticipating trends and providing a well-founded market view is key to identifying opportunities and supporting decision-making.

“We continue to evolve our capabilities, adding partnerships and complementary expertise to keep leading the sector in this new stage,” says Begoña Crespo, Head of Industrial & Logistics at CBRE. “Today the market demands more specialisation, an increasingly strategic view and a deeper understanding of our clients’ businesses. Nacho’s cross-cutting experience complements a team with a deep understanding of the business and of the needs behind every real estate decision.”

For his part, Ignacio García Cuenca notes that “logistics is a strategic activity for companies and for the economy. It is a sector with significant growth opportunities, but it also requires a high degree of specialisation. Throughout my career I have seen that the best decisions come from understanding the needs of clients and investors and anticipating the changes that affect their businesses. I am excited to collaborate, through IGC Development, with a leading company such as CBRE and to help its clients seize the opportunities created by the evolution of the sector.”

With this agreement, CBRE continues to expand its capabilities in the industrial and logistics sector, adding experience, market knowledge and new perspectives. This collaboration with García Cuenca’s firm and team complements the work of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics division, consolidating a multidisciplinary team able to support clients from a strategic, integrated perspective and to connect their business objectives with the best real estate solutions.
